Church Group Registration Form
Please complete the form below to reserve summer camp spots for your church group. Once your form is received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your request.
The first half of the deposit ($50 per spot) is due on Monday, January 13 to reserve your spots. If the deposit is not received by then, your spots will be released.
Completed Registration Forms will be processed in the order they are received. Once a camp week hits its group capacity, it will be closed to all groups.
Groups that have been to Woodlands before may hold as many spots as they need up to the number of campers they brought in the same age group last summer. New groups may hold up to 20 spots. All groups may request additional spots in increments of 5 once all of the church group codes have been accepted by the parents.
