There are a limited number of Lodge rooms available for parents and adult family members only.

Camper Update
We had Registration Day on February 22 and some programs and weeks filled up VERY fast. Some things you can pray for:
Freestyle has 4 open spots for Synergy Sites and a lot of room to grow on campers. Historically, FS fills slower than our onsite programs. However, it still needs our prayers.
WKND Camp has space for 135 spots to fill.
The last week of the summer has room to grow. A lot of our Georgia schools start school that week. Both Xtreme and Traditional have holes in that week.
NEXT Early Action
NEXT is our residency program for young adults between the ages of 18 to 25.
Overview of the program:
Live in incredible community at Woodlands.
Grow spiritually and develop as a leader.
Build soft skills such as work ethic, attention to detail, people skills, and ministry connections.
Invest a season of life in a mission bigger than your own while continuing your education online.
Early Actions is open now until March 31. If you’ve thought about taking a gap year, then NEXT is a great fit for you. If you still want to continue your education online with a full-time paid position at Woodlands, then NEXT is a great fit for you.
What do you need to DO?
RECRUIT!!!
Almost 1,000 boy campers that do NOT have a Traditional Counselor.
Even more, campers who don’t have a Health Assistant to care for their needs.
We produce 80+ videos during the summer and need more Videographers to make those for our campers.
Some of our Freestyle Guy Counselors will have 25 campers on our big weeks.
All that to say, we need your help!

Where do you fit in?
Christian Daniell will contact you at the beginning of the year to sign up for a WKND. We would love for all of you to do at least ONE WKND.
Woodlands West
Construction is firing on all cylinders. All of these projects will allow us to program on the west side of the property and run 10 weeks of camp for 8-11-year-olds. Here are the projects we are currently working on:
Chapel - the building used for all sessions where campers will hear the Gospel every week
Trading Post - the building that will foster community and provide the funds for us to build more unforgettable attractions
Ball Field and Gym - rec space that will get campers outside competition in unforgettable competitions
Adventure Attractions - free attractions where campers will scream, laugh, giggle, and scream a little more
The Quad - the heartbeat of the campus which will foster community and provide unforgettable memories
Please join us in praying for these projects. That the Lord will provide as we strive for them to be completed and paid for by May 11.
Time Off Requests
Some of you have asked how time off works for the summer. In March, I will send out a form for you to fill out requesting for time off. Until then, here is a breakdown of our policy for you as a reference:
Please understand, in signing a contract to serve at Woodlands, we are counting on you to be here. We don't staff extras, meaning you can't leave for a week to go to the beach with your family. However, we understand that you are at the age where many of your friends are starting to get married, so we will do our best to help you out. In short, our policy is to make it happen if you are IN a wedding (groomsmen, maid of honor, etc). If you want to simply attend a wedding, graduation ceremony, or some other function, we'll do our best to accommodate but no promises. Here is our complete time off policy:
Weddings:
IN a wedding or attending the wedding of a sibling
IN a wedding is classified as being in the bridal party
Guaranteed time off
Max time off if IN a wedding is leaving Thursday morning and returning by Sunday afternoon
ATTENDING a wedding
Only if you won't miss time, including Sunday evening huddles (staff small groups)
Graduations, recitals, etc. of a sibling
Only if you can leave and return the same day (if returning would put you back too late to drive safely, you would need to return before the first scheduled event the next day)
Leaving early
If you need to leave early at the end of the summer to return to school (leadership training, sports, ministry team, etc), we will allow you to leave up to 60 hours before you have to arrive on campus. That should give plenty of time to travel and transition.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can direct those to Brent Kimbro.
What do you need to DO?
Help us build our team!
Do you have friends that would be a good fit on our team? Encourage them to apply! Bug them to apply. Ask them every day to apply.
Set up an event at your school, ministry, etc.
We would love to host an event with you and your friends. Even if it’s just dinner. You can connect with Brent Kimbro to set this up: 706-878-6088.
Referral Bonus:
Remember, we will pay you for connecting us to your friends. Get them to APPLY -> SIGN -> SHOW UP, and we will pay you $100 for EACH friend.
Help us build our Freestyle calendar!
Freestyle is our mobile day camp that partners with host sites that we call Synergy Sites.
We have a few spots open. Will you help us fill those spots?
