Go to the Parent Portal on our website, enter your email, and click “Get Started.”
If your camper is new to Woodlands, you will be prompted to create a new account.
If you already have an account, enter your password and log in.
Whether you’re logging in for the first time ever or the first time this year, click your initials in the top right corner and select “My Family.”
Here you can setup a new family, add new members to your family, or update any information that may have changed from last summer.
Make sure your camper’s gender AND birth date are correct.
2024 Age Policy
Camper must be the minimum age prior to the first day of desired camp.
Example: Ellie turns 8 in April, she is eligible to register for PeeWee and Junior Camp.
Camper cannot exceed the maximum age prior to the start date of desired camp.
Example: Cody turns 14 in June, he is not eligible to register for Junior High Camp, however he is eligible for Teen Camp.
If a campers birthday falls during the desired week of camp, contact the office for further assistance.
Example: Jaylen turns 11 on July 3rd but she wants to attend Junior High Camp during June 24th-29th. She is eligible because she will be the minimum age during that age group.
If there are any discrepancies with ages prior to registration day, our system will block registering for desired camp week. Please contact the office prior to registration day for any age policy issues.
