HOST HOME EXPECTATIONS:

- Each host home must house no fewer than three (3) staff members.

- The host home is responsible for providing breakfast for the staff staying in their home during the week of camp. Staff will leave between 6:00 am-6:30 am most mornings depending on the distance from the Synergy Site.

- The host home must also provide dinner for staff each evening during the week. Dinner will be provided by the church on Sunday and Thursday nights (Staff will leave the Synergy Site by 6:00 pm-6:30 pm on most days).

- Staff has a “lights out” time by 11:00 pm. Please allow them to get to bed early.

- You are welcome to take them out for fun activities but there is no pressure to do so. They will be perfectly content with a quiet night at home.

- Woodlands will pick them up if they do not have a vehicle. You are not responsible for transporting them to and from the Synergy Site each day.

- If there are any significant food allergies or diet restrictions, Woodlands will notify you in advance.

- If you have children living in your home, we ask that our staff be provided a separate bathroom from them.

- We will do our best to keep staff members in host homes of the same gender, but in the case of mixed genders in the same host home, we ask that their bedrooms be on separate floors.

- If you experience an issue with a staff member, please contact Dan Tureman, Freestyle Program Director, at dtureman@woodlandscamp.org or (706) 809-3814.
