Lodge Room Request
Lodge Policy: Guests are permitted to visit on weekends as the schedule allows and are welcome to stay at Woodlands if there are rooms available. All lodging requests must be made by submitting this form no later than Wednesday at 2 pm. Visitors need to check out no later than 8 am on Monday. There is a $50/night charge for each room used at the Lodge. There are a limited number of Lodge rooms available for parents and adult family members only. All other guests can coordinate lodging in cabin rooms but still need to fill out the required form.
