Log in to your account no more than 15 minutes before your Go-Live time, and select “New Registration.”

  • At your Go-Live time, refresh your screen and select “Register My Children”. On the next screen, you will see all of the events open for registration.

  • Select your desired week of camp and gender division from the eligible weeks, then select your camper. Once your camper is selected, their name will be highlighted in dark gray. Click “Continue”.

  • On the following screen, you can view a summary of charges and pay your $100 (non-refundable) deposit using a debit or credit card. Make sure you have your security code handy.

  • Select the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Finally, click the green button at the bottom of the page that says “Pay”.

Waitlist Information

  • If your camp week is full, a waitlist confirmation box will appear on your screen.

  • To add your camper to the waitlist, click “Continue.”

  • Select “Continue” to check out. No payment is due for waitlisted campers.

  • Check terms and conditions, and select “Continue” at the bottom of your screen.

  • To check your camper’s waitlist number, select “Registrations” from your account dashboard.

  • Should a camper spot become available, the office will call and email you to activate your camper’s registration. You have 24 hours to respond to this notification attempt before we invite the next camper on the waitlist.


What NOT to Do During Registration

  • Log In Outside Your Go-Live Window

    • We have spread out our Go-Live Times to prevent system slowdowns.

    • Please do not log into the system prior to 15 minutes before your Go-Live Time.

  • Create Multiple Logins/Accounts or Log Into the Same Account on Multiple Devices

    • After consulting with the logistics team responsible for registration, they strongly recommend only one login per account. If two people attempt to log in to the same account, it can cause a lag in your registration process.

    • Also, please do not have more than one account. If your child has more than one account in our system, it will not allow duplicate registrations.

    • If you believe you have more than one account please contact the office (office@woodlandscamp.org) to fix this issue before registration day.

  • Roommate Requests

    • You will be able to set up roommate requests starting the day after Registration Day and continuing up to two weeks prior to your week of camp.

    • Please do not work on Roommate Requests during Registration Day, as it may slow down our system.

  • Store Card

    • You can add money starting the day after Registration Day and continuing up to and during camp.

    • Please do not add Store Card Money during Registration Day, as it may slow down our system.

  • Health Form

    • You will be able to complete your Health Form starting the day after Registration Day and continuing up to two weeks prior to your week of camp.

    • Please do not work on your Health Form during Registration Day, as it may slow down our system.
