The Retreat Center @ Woodlands

There are 4 main cabins with a total of 24 cabin bedrooms. Each bedroom has 12 twin beds (bunk style) and 1 queen bed in the middle of room. Each bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom. Additionally, we can provide another 3 mattresses per bedroom for overflow bringing our total cabin bedroom capacity to 384 guests.

Additionally, there are 16 dorm rooms available. Each dorm room has 4 twin beds (bunk style) and a bathroom. These are ideal for the guests you bring that don’t need to stay in the cabins with the retreat guests (ex. Band, speakers, bus drivers, etc). Including the cabin bedrooms and the dorm rooms, our total capacity is 448 guests.

Completed in 2016, the Chapel is the building where the Gospel is presented clearly hundreds of times a year. Lighting, audio, and visual systems are in place and ready for you to plug into and immediately use. Need more production? No problem. There is plenty of power to create the environment you need.

Completed in 2020, the Commons is home to the dining room and our phenomenal foodservice team. All meals are served cafeteria style. Got guests with special diets or food allergies? Not a problem - we can accommodate many dietary needs. Reach out to our Foodservice Manager for questions.

In between sessions and meals, you will find plenty to do to keep your guests busy. Whether connecting with students in the coffee shop, zip-lining, blobbing at the waterfront, or playing an epic group game, you will have an unforgettable experience here at Woodlands.
